Yes, it’s that time of year again. Back once more for the all-too-short season, it’s everybody’s favourite, Cadbury’s Mini Eggs!
If you’re familiar with these amazing chocolate treats, we probably don’t need to write another word to persuade you to put some in your basket. Read no further, click “Add”, thank you very much! But if you’re still reading, let us tell you about these wondrous little sugar-coated chocolate delights.
Cadbury’s Mini Eggs are little egg-shaped balls of solid milk chocolate coated in a crisp, crunchy sugar shell. They’re the perfect size for popping into your mouth one at a time, and biting into them is incredibly satisfying – like a large-scale version of the same sensation that makes Galaxy Minstrels such a pleasure. As well as providing a satisfying bite, the shells have just a hint of vanilla flavour to make the whole thing even tastier.
Every year, shortly after Christmas, they appear on shelves in the UK and Ireland as part of the build-up to Easter. But unlike Creme Eggs, the appeal of which tends to wear off after a while, we would happily eat these all the way through Easter and beyond. In fact, if they were available all year round, we’re pretty sure we still wouldn’t get sick of them!
This 80g bag is perfect for sharing, or if you’re not in a sharing mood, it’s just enough for you to enjoy a good chocolatey crunch without overindulging.
